9- How long do you keep your personal data?

Data required for commercial analysis and statistics are kept for up to five years.
Data used to establish proof of a right or contract, or kept to comply with a legal obligation, are archived in accordance with the provisions in force.
Information relating to the listening and recording of telephone conversations for the purpose of improving the quality of Customer Service is kept for the time necessary for this purpose, up to a maximum of six months.
10- What are your rights concerning your personal data and how can you contact us?
