4- Why are your personal data collected?

We collect your personal data for some or all of the following purposes:

9- How long do you keep your personal data?

We ensure that we keep your personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy or as required by applicable law.

As a general rule :
Unless you object or request the deletion of your personal data, we will keep it for a period of three years from the date of collection, the last contact or the end of the commercial relationship. Bank details are deleted once the transaction has been completed, or archived as evidence in accordance with current legislation. Subject to your express agreement, this data may be kept until the expiry date of the credit card. We never store your visual cryptogram.

Data required for commercial analysis and statistics are kept for up to five years.

Data used to establish proof of a right or contract, or kept to comply with a legal obligation, are archived in accordance with the provisions in force.

Information relating to the listening and recording of telephone conversations for the purpose of improving the quality of Customer Service is kept for the time necessary for this purpose, up to a maximum of six months.

10- What are your rights concerning your personal data and how can you contact us?

If you provide us with your e-mail address, telephone number or postal address, you may receive periodic mailings, calls or messages from us about our products, services or upcoming events.
